Setting Up Multi Factor Authentication

To enroll a new device for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) in Anyshift, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Anyshift account.
  2. Navigate to the Profile page.
  3. Click on Enable MFA.
  4. Chose your preferred MFA method, for now, only TOTP (Authenticator Apps) is supported.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
You will be then required to enter a verification code from your authenticator app each time you log in to your Anyshift account.

Enforcing MFA for Your Project (Admins Only)

To enforce MFA for your project, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Anyshift account.
  2. Navigate to the Configuration page of your project.
  3. Under the Project management section, toggle the Require MFA for project members (and admins) option.
Now, every member and admin of your project will be required to set up and use MFA to access the project.
